Weil helps Lenovo acquire Google's Motorola division


Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP represented Beijing-based technology giant Lenovo Group Ltd. in its acquisition of the Motorola Mobility smartphone handset division from Google Inc., a deal announced Jan. 30.
