Less pay, more training for Greenberg's 'resident' associates

Late last month, Greenberg Traurig LLP formalized a one-year residency program for recent law school graduates in need of training and jobs.

For aspiring doctors, even after tackling an intense curriculum, tests and clinical hours, they still must complete a high-intensity but low-paying residency program. Graduates need practice inside the hospital, not just in the classroom, and residencies for some disciplines can last as long as seven years.
