New diversity film to tackle bias in large law firms

A crew recently finished work on a training film commissioned by the California State Bar for firms across the state.

SAN FRANCISCO - Documentary filmmaker Abby Ginzberg finished filming in the Bay Area this month for a diversity training video commissioned by The State Bar of California, and the research findings on which the film is based aren't good: The storyline is largely about the lack of progress large law firms have made helping minority attorneys rise through their leadership ranks.
