Bingham counsels on sale of DuPont division to Japanese company
Bingham McCutchen LLP represented Japanese specialty chemical company Kuraray Co. Ltd. in its $543 million acquisition of DuPont Co.'s glass laminating and vinyl business, a deal announced Nov. 21.
Ballard Spahr LLP advised DuPont in the deal with a team led by Philadelphia partner Craig Circosta.
