Quartet of firms helps with TRI Pointe homes acquisition
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP represented Irvine-based homebuilder TRI Pointe Homes Inc. in its $2.7 billion acquisition of Weyerhaeuser Co.'s homebuilding unit in a deal announced Monday. Irvine partner Michael E. Flynn led the Gibson Dunn team representing TRI Pointe.
