Murder convictions overturned because of jury selection error, court rules

The state Supreme Court unanimously overturned the convictions of two defendants for attempted murder after finding Thursday that a trial court judge improperly excused a prospective Hispanic juror.

The state Supreme Court unanimously overturned the convictions of two defendants for attempted murder after finding Thursday that a trial court judge improperly excused a prospective Hispanic juror.
