No clear picture on extent or effects of ICE agents in courthouses

Prominent city and district attorneys across California have joined the state's chief justice in protesting immigration officers making arrests at courthouses, while federal authorities say that the tactic is not new. Neither side of the issue has statistics that would make the situation clear.
