LOS ANGELES — A federal judge said she would rule separately on attorney fees and costs after granting final approval to a $925,000 settlement Tuesday, which resolved investors' claims that auditing firm Baker Tilly Hong Kong Ltd. misrepresented the financial health of the publicly listed China North East Petroleum Holdings Ltd. in 2009.
