Office Depot hit with $10 million verdict in employment case

Office Depot Inc.was on the losing end of a $10 million verdict Monday as a downtown Los Angeles jury found that the company wrongfully terminated a 17 year supervisory employee who took a medical leave and complained about the treatment of two older employees.
