LOS ANGELES — Former San Mateo County District Attorney James P. Fox was elected the next State Bar president on a platform that included bolstering collaboration among members of the agency's oft-divided board.
Fox, the agency's current vice president, bested fellow Trustee Michael G. Colantuono in a 10-6 vote Friday by the bar's board.
