Unilever picks up Dollar Shave Club for an estimated $1B
Prominent online razor blade subscription company Dollar Shave Club Inc. in Venice has inked a sale, reportedly worth $1 billion, to Unilever PLC, an English and Dutch company that owns several large brands, including Axe, Dove and Lipton.
