Randall R. Rader, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, traveled to Los Angeles and met with local federal and state judges at a luncheon hosted by The Paul Michel Inn and the Richard Linn Inn of Court at the Kyoto Hotel. During a keynote speech, Radar said that he is working hard to streamline discovery in patent litigation to make it less burdensome and costly. Improving the overall process is so important that Radar said he is willing to accept occasional mistakes. -Gabe Friedman
