Randall R. Rader, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, traveled to Los Angeles and met with local federal and state judges at a luncheon hosted by The Paul Michel Inn and the Richard Linn Inn of Court at the Kyoto Hotel. During a keynote speech, Radar said that he is working hard to streamline discovery in patent litigation to make it less burdensome and costly.
