Blizzard Entertainment Inc. is suing a software engineer, claiming he created bots that are being used to help players cheat, costing the company millions.

Disciplinary Actions

Among attorneys recently disciplined by the State Bar many had problems handling money. Nine were disciplined for failing to comply with conditions of their prior discipline, five were disciplined for misappropriating funds, and four were disciplined following court-ordered sanctions.
