Attorneys recently disciplined by the State Bar

Among attorneys recently disciplined by the State Bar five were disciplined after failing to pass the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam, two were suspended for not complying with conditions of their probation, three were disciplined following felony convictions, and three were disciplined after failing to pay court ordered sanctions.
