Editor's Note

Jeffrey L. Fisher argued four cases at the nation's high court this term. But he didn't work alone. Law students at Stanford's Supreme Court Litigation Clinic were involved in each one. In addition, Fisher says, he and the students worked on a half dozen other cases at the cert stage, some of which are still pending.
