9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal Judge Marsha S. Berzon and state Supreme Court Justice Goodwin Liu study their notes before speaking at a review and preview of recent and upcoming U.S. Supreme Court decisions for students and faculty at UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco Wednesday. Although Berzon studied at UC Berkeley School of Law, and Liu taught there, both wore UC Hastings Law caps at the urging of Hastings Professor Rory K. Little, who moderated the event. — John Roemer
