The world of law firm bankruptcies got even smaller on Monday, when the Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP estate's trustee, Alan M. Jacobs, hired Diamond McCarthy LLP to represent him, replacing his previous counsel at Togut Segal & Segal LLP.
