San Diego vending machine company names first general counsel
San Diego-based Generation Next Franchise Brands Inc., a publicly traded vending machine company, announced Friday veteran corporate attorney Anthony G. Mauriello has been hired as the company’s first general counsel.
San Diego-based Generation Next Franchise Brands Inc., a publicly traded vending machine company, announced Friday veteran corporate attorney Anthony G. Mauriello has been hired as the company’s first general counsel. Mauriello officially took over the role earlier this month.
“The team of [founder] Nick Yates and [CEO] Art Budman is truly fantastic,” Mauriello said. “They really sold me on making the jump after 14 years.”
