Pierce Sergenian tries to disqualify Perkins Coie from 8-figure case

Pierce Sergenian LLP has filed a motion to disqualify Perkins Coie LLP from an eight-figure dispute regarding the reality television show “Treehouse Masters.”

Pierce Sergenian LLP has filed a motion to disqualify Perkins Coie LLP from an eight-figure dispute regarding the reality television show “Treehouse Masters.”

Pierce Sergenian claimed in a motion filed Tuesday that because one of the Perkins Coie attorneys involved in the case used to work for a firm which previously represented a company founded by the litigants, Perkins Coie has a conflict of interest requiring disqualification.
