Uber’s head lawyer to leave ride-hailing startup amid legal woes
Uber Technologies Inc.’s top lawyer, Salle E.Y. Yoo, is leaving the company, according to an internal memo forwarded to the Daily Journal by Uber’s communications department.

Uber Technologies Inc.’s top lawyer, Salle E.Y. Yoo, is leaving the company, according to an internal memo forwarded to the Daily Journal by Uber’s communications department. The memo, sent to Uber’s 250-member legal team Tuesday night, confirmed Yoo was planning to resign.
Yoo wrote in the memo she’d been considering “a future beyond Uber” since last spring.
