Alameda County’s felony arraignments to return to Oakland
After a contentious and short-lived move, Alameda County’s North County felony arraignments are leaving the East County Hall of Justice, located in suburban Dublin, and returning to downtown Oakland’s Wiley Manuel Courthouse.




After a contentious and short-lived move, Alameda County’s North County felony arraignments are leaving the East County Hall of Justice in Dublin and returning to downtown Oakland’s Wiley W. Manuel Courthouse.
Alameda County Public Defender Brendon D. Woods said in a news release Tuesday that felony arraignments would be back at the downtown Oakland courthouse on Sept. 25. Misdemeanor arraignments will remain in Dublin.
