Daughter of actor Paul Walker reaches settlement with Porsche
The daughter of deceased actor Paul Walker has confidentially settled a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche that alleged the car manufacturer was negligent in the actor’s 2013 crash.
LOS ANGELES — The daughter of Paul Walker settled confidentially a wrongful death lawsuit that alleged Porsche’s negligence led to a 2013 crash that killed the actor.
Pasadena sole practitioner Jeff Milam, who represents Walker’s daughter, Meadow, confirmed the Oct. 16 settlement, which he said included an undisclosed payment.
