Last week, on the heels of California's Jan. 1 opening of its regulated adult use and medical cannabis marketplace, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions rescinded the 2013 Guidance Regarding Marijuana Enforcement memorandum authored by former U.S. Deputy Attorney General James M.
