Last weekend's "Patriot Picnic," at Chicano Park in San Diego, was organized by Bordertown Patriots, Inc. It received widespread local and national attention. The Feb. 3 event ostensibly pitted the "Patriots" against the "Chicanos." They were separated by the police-laden Logan Avenue divide.
