We are deeply disappointed by the inaccuracies and untrue statements in the March 21 CLAY Award profile of Jessie C. Kornberg and believe the record needs to be set straight.

First of all, the administrative ruling at the heart of the case is preliminary and not final. It is currently on appeal and a ruling is expected shortly. A claim of victory by Kornberg and your honoring it is premature at best.
