State Bar billing glitch hits thousands of attorneys
The agency said 3,000 lawyers were charged multiple times for annual fees due to a technical issue

Vanessa Keiko Flanders went online to pay her $383 annual State Bar fee three days before a planned vacation to Mexico earlier this year, but she said an error message displayed after she hit submit.
