A Riverside County Superior Court judge struck down a state assisted suicide law Tuesday, siding with doctors who claimed it was illegally passed during a special legislative session.
Judge Daniel Ottolia granted a motion by Larson O'Brien LLP, invalidating the law as unconstitutional. He stayed the ruling five days to give the government time to appeal.
