OCTOBER 2017 TERM
The 2017 term of the U.S. Supreme Court concluded last month with a series of close decisions on some of the most divisive issues of the day. On the final day of the term, Justice Anthony Kennedy announced that he will retire from the court at the end of July. And not even two weeks later, President Donald Trump nominated D.C.
