A criminal record doesn’t make you a ‘criminal’
The headline the Daily Journal chose for a recent story feeds into the hysteria being generated and exploited by the Trump administration against refugees.
As a practicing lawyer, I am a regular reader of the Daily Journal. I find many of your articles timely, informative and thought-provoking. I am not a regular reader of the New York Post. It is a shame that the Daily Journal published the above referenced article ["Cambodian criminals win ruling," Aug. 16], the contents of which met your normal standard of being timely, informative and thought-provoking, under a headline typical of the Post. Having a "criminal record"...
