Judge approves Archer Norris plan following bankruptcy filing
A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge tentatively approved Archer Norris PLC’s operational plan Wednesday prioritizing the transfer of more than 4,000 cases and 600 clients to other firms Wednesday following the firm’s bankruptcy filing last week.




SAN FRANCISCO -- A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge tentatively approved Archer Norris PLC's operational plan Wednesday, prioritizing the transfer of more than 4,000 cases and 600 clients to other firms following the firm's bankruptcy filing last week.
The Walnut Creek-based firm will dissolve no later than Oct. 15.
