Former Cooley attorneys launch litigation boutique in Encinitas

Founding partners Drew Koning and Blake Zollar left their jobs at Cooley on Aug. 17 and opened their new firm on Aug. 20. They currently work with several attorneys on a contract basis and plan to hire a number of associates early next year.
