Educating first time DUI offenders about the actual penalties they face

The ripple effect of an early disclosure of the likely actual penalties to be incurred by first time DUI alleged offenders will be to educate the consumer of legal services deluged with television and radio advertisements as to exactly what they are facing when arrested for DUI for the first time.
