The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Friday it would rehear en banc a challenge to Hawaii's restrictions on the open carry of firearms.
The majority of active judges voted to grant en banc review. In July, a split three-judge panel found in favor of appellant George Young and invalidated Hawaii's open carry licensing system.
