Two LA attorneys killed in plane crash are mourned

Two Los Angeles attorneys, killed last week in a Kern County plane crash, were identified Monday by friends and colleagues as Felipe Plascencia and Marina Villavicencio.

Two Los Angeles attorneys killed last week in a Kern County plane crash were identified Monday by friends and colleagues as Felipe Plascencia and Marina Villavicencio.

On Sunday, the Kern County Sheriff's Office announced three bodies were recovered from the Tehachapi Mountains crash site.

Plascencia, 53, was a criminal defense attorney specializing in DUI issues, practicing from the Whittier-based Law Office of Felipe Plascencia.
