Davis Polk managing partner Thomas Reid to be new Comcast general counsel
After 20 years as general counsel, Arthur Block is retiring from his position as Comcast Corp.'s chief legal officer. His replacement is Thomas J. Reid, a managing partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell and Comcast's longtime outside counsel.
Telecommunications titan Comcast Corp. appointed Thomas J. Reid as general counsel, the company said Friday. Arthur Block, the company’s most recent chief legal officer, will be retiring after 20 years as general counsel.
