Legal education is bouncing, but not back
People ask me all the time now if I believe legal education has "bounced back." I am convinced it has bounced, but I doubt it is back. Nothing ever returns to its original state. Nor should we wish it so: reform ought to continue, especially to address the high cost of higher education in general.
