San Francisco social gaming outlet Zynga Inc. has shuffled its in-house legal department following the departure of one of the company's top lawyers.
Karyn R. Smith left her position as Zynga's deputy general counsel earlier this month, general counsel Reginald Davis confirmed late Tuesday, in order to spend more time with her children over the summer.
