San Jose lawyer, staff indicted on immigration fraud charges

A Federal grand jury indicted San Jose immigration lawyer Danhong "Jean" Chen and her ex-husband and office manager Jianyun "Tony" Ye in a fraud scheme targeting more than 100 foreign investors looking to obtain visas into the United States, according to authorities.
