Added CFIUS scrutiny tests Silicon Valley’s creativity

While building walls seems to be a thing in Washington these days, not all walls are physical. Legal walls are also being erected in the form of tariff barriers, trade sanctions, export controls and a significant ratcheting up of the national security review process. All of which impact every Silicon Valley company active in the global economy — which means virtually all of them.
