Military spouse attorneys live in a constant recession due to frequent mandatory relocations that come with the military member's service to our country. While California has recently implemented a pathway to practice for military spouse attorneys in an attempt to lessen the burden of relocation, the new rule's overly burdensome supervision requirements render it impractical for many in the community it is intended to help.
