DAs, victims’ families seek to end death penalty moratorium
Orange County District Attorney Todd A. Spitzer is on a statewide tour, with other DAs, to apply pressure on Gov. Gavin Newsom to rescind his death penalty moratorium and on the Legislature to vote down a pending bill to end the practice indefinitely.
