Singer Tom Petty’s daughters sue widow over estate management

Venable LLP filed a complaint on behalf of Petty Unlimited LLC, a company established in the late musician Tom Petty’s will, accusing the singer’s widow of breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, unjust enrichment and mismanagement of the estate.
