Lawyer who specialized in disability suits indicted on tax evasion charges

An attorney known for making his living from lawsuits citing the Americans with Disabilities Act was indicted on three tax evasion counts.

SACRAMENTO -- An attorney known for making his living from lawsuits citing the Americans with Disabilities Act was indicted on three tax evasion counts.
