Bill raising State Bar licensing fee moves forward at the capital
The State Bar licensing fee would rise from $315 to $460 annually under new legislative amendments introduced this week. The bill would not change the current $75 in assessments for attorney discipline, lawyer assistance and the Client Security Fund, resulting a total annual fee of $535.
