LA County sues Monsanto, says it polluted waterways

Less than three weeks after an Oakland jury ordered Monsanto to pay over $2 billion when it found the company’s top-selling Roundup herbicide caused a couple’s cancer, Los Angeles County filed a suit Thursday alleging Monsanto polluted the county’s lakes and rivers with other toxic chemicals.
