Showdown at the high court over cross-border shooting
Last week the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to review a case involving a Border Patrol shooting at the Mexican border. Its result will focus national attention on an incident that has already been to the Supreme Court; spawned 17 different opinions in five judicial proceedings; and has attracted 80 non-party briefs (thus far).
