Governor reverses Manson follower's 3rd parole

Gov. Gavin Newsom has reversed the parole grant for former Charles Manson follower Leslie Van Houten.

The Board of Parole Hearings has found Van Houten suitable for parole three times. Gov. Jerry Brown denied two previous parole grants.
