US attorney may appeal ruling against Anti-Riot Act

The U.S. attorney’s office will consider appealing a judge’s ruling that the federal Anti-Riot Act is unconstitutionally overly broad and violates the First Amendment as he dropped all charges against three members of a white nationalist group charged with inciting riots at political rallies in California.
