Application developers have again sued Apple Inc. over accusations its App Store practices constitute an “abusive monopoly.”

Application developers have again sued Apple Inc. over accusations its App Store practices constitute an "abusive monopoly."

Following the U.S. Supreme Court recently allowing an identical case to proceed and a newly-announced congressional probe into alleged antitrust violations, the proposed class action argues the company suppresses competition by only allowing the sale of applications through its official marketplace.
