Law firm management, fantasy baseball style
Many baseball fans grew up learning about statistics like Batting Average, Runs-Batted-In and Home Runs. These were the Triple Crown of achievements for a batter. Little did we know that these statistics actually proved far less about individual proficiency and contribution to the success of a team than we assumed. By 2019, these stats were in large part replaced by far more informative, if less familiar, statistics utilized by owners of major league teams and fantasy baseball participants. A similar phenomena occurs in many law firms.
